Hit by a car as a young Kat, injuring his spine and losing the use of his back legs, KooKoo Bird was saved from a malicious house-party whose evenings main source of entertainment was stuffing KooKoo in a brown paper bag and filling the bag with Pot Smoke. Saved by an angelic young lady, KooKoo Bird was brought to the home of Mister FatCat to find solace and a comfy pillow. Never letting life's tragedies get the better of him, KooKoo Bird hobbled and pulled his way, laughing, through adversity. At night, watching Mister FatCat draw his fancy pictures, KooKoo Bird soon realized the easy life to be had as an Award-Winning Cartoonist. Putting pen to paper, KooKoo created the now iconic characters of "Kat an Mowse", who have entertained audiences world-wide for weeks now. Not letting fame go to his head, KooKoo remains the same sweet and lovable housecat he has always been. He may not be able to use all four legs as most cats, but he can pull himself through adversity and draw a Krazy Komic to make you laugh out loud along his way.That's why they call him KooKoo...
